The Recreation Ministry at Johns Creek Baptist Church focuses on delivering the message of Christ to participants from four years of age all the way to senior adults. Our emphasis is not just sports leagues – we consider ourselves life leagues. Johns Creek Baptist supports this vision in several different ways.

Kids from four years of age through sixth grade participate in basketball, soccer, and cheerleading. JCBC partners with Upward Sports, the world’s largest Christian sports league for kids. By providing a fun sports experience based on healthy competition, Upward Sports Leagues help kids develop skills for the sports arena and values for life. Upward Sports uses the universal language of sports to connect with kids at a critical age and help them discover and build athletic skills, values, self-confidence and a life-long love of the game.
Family outings are held several times during the year. Popular trips in the past have been to Callaway Gardens, the Gwinnett Braves, the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca Cola, and the city of Blue Ridge.
