Join us aboard the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway for a spectacular Fall colors trip through the North Georgia mountains on Friday, November 1st, 2024. An early morning departure from the JCBC parking lot (bus leaves at 7:00 AM!) on our luxury motor coach will ensure that we arrive, freshen up, and board the train in time for our 10:00 AM departure to McCaysville GA and Copper Hill TN on the Georgia/Tennessee border! The train ride from Blue Ridge is about 1 hour. You will disembark and spend 2 leisurely hours exploring these picturesque towns before the 1-hour return train ride to Blue Ridge at 1:00. Lunch will be on your own. We should arrive back home at JCBC by 5:00 PM.
The price for the trip is $130 for adults and $110 for children 12 and under (Hey, Mom and Dad…how about a ditch day for the kiddos?) Kids under 2 travel free. All ages are welcome. We have a maximum of 50 slots for this trip.
Full payment is required for reservation. Full payment is due by October 16th.
