We are Connected for Community
We were never intended to do life all alone, but rather in the love and company of God and each other.
The time has come to launch Christmas for Kids 2024! Since 1996, Johns Creek Baptist Church has helped to provide Christmas gifts for children. We are partnering with the The Place, Bike Alpharetta and Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries. With the need greater than ever, we can really make a difference!
Christmas for Kids is an opportunity for every member of JCBC to participate in sharing the love of Christ with families in need in a meaningful way.
Here are ways YOU can Mobilize to help!
For more information on the ways you can get involved and help, please see below. Donate Now by clicking the button and selecting “Christmas for Kids” as your fund selection, or send your check payable to Johns Creek Baptist Church, P.O. Box 5100, Alpharetta, GA 30023-5100.
We are happy to support our mission partner, Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries, with their Christmas program, Christmas in the Neighborhood. As a part of this program, we will adopt 50 families to provide gifts for their children. Community groups can let us know how many families they would like to adopt and then purchase the gifts for the children and deliver the gifts to the church prior to November 17th.
We are partnering with The Place Holiday House by collecting winter coats for children of all sizes and small flannel or fuzzy blankets. Donations of coats or blankets can be placed in the bins or at the Christmas for Kids tables in the main lobby, the FLC lobby, or the lobby of the Children’s area on level one.
Now in our 18th year of partnership with North Fulton Community Charities, Johns Creek Baptist Church will be collecting new or slightly used bicycles and tricycles for children in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and the surrounding areas.
We’ve had a special request from Bikes for Kids to provide larger bikes for big kids.
