Students completed 6th-12th grade by June 2025
and Adults over the age of 18

We are excited to announce a brand new opportunity for youth and adults in our church to go on mission together! Join us as we serve with Cultivate Abundance to work in their garden, pick up produce, learn about seed saving, and share food with families in need.

Cultivate Abundance is one of our CBF Missional Partners. Cultivate Abundance does work to address the urgent issue of food insecurity among those who grow and harvest our food. On a year-round basis, along with local partners, they grow, collect, and share nutritious food of local/cultural preference. This is what they call community-supported food security.

We are excited to come alongside the team at Cultivate Abundance to learn more about how they support their community and lend a helping hand in feeding the hungry. This opportunity is for youth who will have completed 6th-12th grade by June 2025 as well as any adult over the age of 18.*

We will stay in Ft. Meyers, FL and travel back and forth to Immokalee, where Cultivate Abundance is located. After working hard for a few days, we will take some time to rest and enjoy what the west coast of Florida has to offer! More details will be provided for those interested. This is a great opportunity for meaningful intergenerational service, worship, and fun!

*Please note that all adult participants will need to complete a background check through our JCBC system before attending this trip with minors.
