Prayer Requests

Prayer request from Roger Simpson: Charles Adams Update: Charles met with his primary oncologist today (6/13) to review the most recent scans that were measuring the results of the chemo infusions on his lower extremities. The report was that the newest growth had drastically shrunk or diminished and the older growths were dormant. This is the second encouraging report he has received. The previous report indicated positive results of his brain radiation treatments. He is now scheduled for additional infusions with pre-medications being prescribed to reduce any side effects. This truly is a blessing from God. Thanks to all for your prayers. Charles and Rose Adams: 535 Kings Peak Drive Alpharetta, Georgia 30022.

Chuck is undergoing intensive therapy to regain use of speech, muscles and other vital organs. He is working very hard each day to come back from this setback. Please pray for him for continued strength, endurance, relief from pain and suffering and patience as he tries to overcome these obstacles. Prayer request from Roger Simpson: Charles Adams Update – May 31, 2017. This morning Charles had an MRI at Emory Winship Cancer Institute at Saint Joseph’s Hospital on Peachtree Dunwoody Road. This scan was done to allow the doctor to evaluate the results of the pinpoint gamma knife radiation treatment that targeted the growths on his brain on April 25th. The doctor was elated to report that the lesions on the brain had diminished and that there were no new growths. This is the best news concerning Charles’ condition since he began this journey twelve months ago. Special thanks to all of you who have been praying and following his battle. The next step is a CT scan this Monday at Emory Johns Creek Hospital to assist in evaluating his lower extremities. We all pray that when he meets with the primary oncologist on June 13th that we can share more good news. Keep Charles and Rose and their family in your prayers.
