Volunteers Needed!
July 26 – 27, 2024

On Friday evening and Saturday morning July 26th and 27th – JCBC will be host to 1600 people attending the Beth Moore / Living Proof Live event on our campus. This is a major community outreach. Most people attending will not be members of our church and we want to put our best foot forward. I am asking (at least) 40 people to volunteer to help pull off this major event in the life of our church.

• Volunteers will report at 4:15 PM on Friday afternoon and most volunteers will finish by 7:00 PM.
• Volunteers will report at 7:15 AM on Saturday and the event ends at noon.
• Any ticket holding volunteer will be able to attend all the sessions in full. If you have bought a ticket and plan to attend – you can still volunteer. You will not miss a single second.
• If you have not bought a ticket yet but would like to attend – and would agree to also volunteer – there is a discounted rate for you.
• There will be reserved seating for volunteers.

There are a variety of volunteer needs which need to be filled. Please be flexible. We will want to put you in a place that makes the most sense. Although the event is primarily geared toward women, men are welcome to volunteer as well. We could especially use your help in the parking lot and outside door entrances. Some of the volunteer tasks include:

• Door greeters.
• Ticket scanners.
• Inside (the Sanctuary) ushers to help people find seats.
• Green room hosting / serving meals to the LPL team.
• Parking lot (possibly golf carts.)
• Photo booth.
• Resource table.
• Johns Creek Baptist table.
• Water / snack station.
