We are Connected for Community
We were never intended to do life all alone, but rather in the love and company of God and each other.
We were never intended to do life all alone, but rather in the love and company of God and each other.
We focus on the process of being formed in the image of Christ for the sake of others.
We want to help you discover your own unique God-given gifts and passions and then help you mobilize them to serve others.
We seek to nurture worshipful opportunities for you to encounter and engage the transforming Mystery of God’s love.
Regardless of who you are, or where you’ve been, you are welcome and wanted here.

There are some stories that stand the test of time. Whether through literature, theater, or film, the stories that are remembered and revered from one generation to the next are the human sagas that are larger than life. They usually involve some hero or heroine who struggles and even suffers to overcome great obstacles. There’s usually a fall, a failure, breaking point; and at just the right moment, in just the nick of time, when the audience assumes all hope is gone, the plot twists. The story turns. There is redemption and rescue that leads to a glorious finish. We call this kind of story “Epic.” In literature, we think of The Iliad, The Odyssey, The Epic of Gilgamesh, First Step 2 Forever: My Story, by Justin Bieber. Ok. Maybe not that last one. But even in the great films of our day there are epic-like qualities. Ben Hur. Star Wars. Or my favorite movie of all time the Forrest Gump. The list could go on and on. But all of these epics are merely shadows (at best) to the one great Epic that God has been writing into the human narrative since the dawn of time. It is at Christmas that we marvel best at the mysterious way in which God has scripted God’s own presence into our human drama. It is at Christmas that we recognize and remember there is a story being written within all of our lives, and the birth of this Baby changes everything.
