Prayer Request, Edwin Boland, 10/13/2024
My dad, Tommy Boland has had at a number of what the doctors think are TIA “mini” strokes since late Monday afternoon. He has spent several nights in the hospital, and will likely transition to another facility to regain strength and mobility before coming home. Please keep he and mom (Beth Ann), his daughter Susan Butts, and me (Edwin) & Tereasa Boland in your prayers as we navigate his rehab and care in the coming days and weeks. Chappell has been a member of the Johns Creek Baptist Church family for 24 years & has been a member of the Bowen Sunday School Community for most of his years at JCBC. Prayer Request, Sarah Durham, 9/29/2024
Brown Community member Jackie Brown fell which resulted in braking her femur.
She was admitted to North GA.Regional Hospital in Gainesville for surgery. Please pray
for the surgery to be successful and rehab enabling her to walk again.
Her husband Don, appreciates prayer also during this stressful recovery.
Prayer Request, Rhonda Byrd, 10/1/2024
JoAnn Leathers, whom we have been praying for, has come around and made a turn for the better! JoAnn has been sitting up and eating these last couple of days. A week ago, JoAnn was headed to hospice for more care than was readily available at EJCH. This week, hopefully today, she will be going to Salude in Suwanee. This is a significant change, for the better, in her health. We are still praying for JoAnn, but this is good news that her daughter, Fran Barnes, wanted to share with JCBC and thank you all for your prayers!

Prayer Request, Scotta Couch, 10/2/24
Please pray for our family on the loss of John Herring. Great nephew to Peggy Couch and cousin to Chip Couch. John battled cancer for over a year and was finally taken home on Tuesday, October 1st in Augusta, Georgia. Funeral arrangements pending and may be delayed due to the hurricane clean up.

Ben has been a member of Johns Creek Baptist Church for nearly 25 years. Ben has been a member of several Sunday School communities during his time as a member of JCBC, most recently as a member of the Clagg Community. He has also been amember of the Sanctuary choir. Please keep JoAnn Leathers in your prayers. Her daughter, Fran Barnes, is asking for JoAnn’s church family to pray for her mother. JoAnn was originally scheduled to be going home today, but she has taken a turn and the family is making their way to town. For now, JoAnn is comfortable and resting at Emory Johns Creek Hospital.
