It is with a heavy heart that we report the passing of JCBC member Pat Vinson. Pat was surrounded by the love of and presence of his family at the time of his departure. Arrangements are currently being made and will be shared as soon as they are finalized. In the meantime, please be in prayer for Janice, his loving wife of 61 years, and for his entire family.

Please pray for Jo-Anne Leathers. She is at Emory Johns Creek and not doing well per her daughter, Fran. She has multiple issues that are affecting her. She is there for the next 5-7 days and then will be transitioning to another facility. Fran will update us as she has information on possible visits. Jo-Anne is in room 210. Please pray for Jo-Anne, her family, and the doctors treating her at this time.

A Funeral Service for longtime JCBC member Comell Moore will be on Monday, April 7, 2025, at McDonald and Son Funeral Home located at 150 Sawnee Drive, Cumming, GA 30040. The Visitation will be from 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm and the Funeral Service will be at 3:00 pm in the McDonald and Son Chapel. A Burial Service will be the next day on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Georgia National Cemetery located at 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive, Canton, GA 30114. Please be in prayer for Comell’s family as they prepare for the services. Sisters: Susie Holmberg; Debbie Crimmings; and Brother: John Watts.
