Prayer Request from David White (11/29) – Please pray for JCBC members Connie White (David) and Deborah Davis. Their nephew, Sean Byers, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly Monday afternoon after suffering a heart attack. He was 32. Many of you will remember praying for Sean some years ago as he battled to survive an aggressive brain tumor. Though the cancer and resulting surgeries left his physical body diminished, Sean dedicated himself to being a fervent disciple of Jesus Christ. Blairsville Georgia knew him to be a faithful prayer warrior and trusted friend. As a Walmart greeter – and an all around wonderful person – Sean dispensed a special kind of love to everyone he met. His family, friends, and an entire community are profoundly saddened and deeply mourn his passing. Both Deborah’s and Connie’s mailing addresses are below.

Prayer Request from Shaun King (11/29) – It is with gratitude to God that we share the good news Kaye Hyde will be released from the hospital on Wednesday, after a long week of recovery from a serious surgery to remove a tumor from her colon. Harold and Kaye would like to thank their church family for the overwhelming display of love and support during this difficult time. The cards, calls, emails, and texts have meant to the world to them, and they give God the praise for God’s Grace and for a church family who loves so well.
