Prayer Request, David White, 11/19/2024
Urgent prayers requested for Chandler Phelps Frazier – granddaughter of Rudy and Jean Bowen. Chandler has been placed in ICU at Northside Duluth. She has been suffering severe pain and, for the moment, her blood pressure has plummeted. Please pray for Chandler’s healing and for her family who are understandably worried about her.

The Memorial Service for Randall “R.G.” Crump will be at Johns Creek Baptist Church on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 10:30 am. Family will receive guests at a reception in the Heritage Room following the service. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Randall Gordon Crump, 85, widower of Mary Sue Crump passed away peacefully at his home on November 11, 2024 (Veterans Day). He is survived by his sons Randy Crump (Lynne) of Dunwoody, GA and Todd Crump of Columbia, SC, along with his beloved grandchildren, Gracie, Gordon, Lila and Ellie, and his brother, Aubrey (Barbara) Crump. Susan Raker wants to share that her husband Mike will be put on hospice on Monday, 11/18 due to labored breathing. He was diagnosed with ALS Dec. 2023, and she shared a previous prayer request when the feeding tube was implanted on Sept 27th. Please pray for this family. The prayers of the church are requested for the family of JCBC members, Matt and Monica Gleerup. Monica learned this morning that her brother Wayne (in New Hampshire) died unexpectedly overnight. Please continue to lift up this family in the difficult days and weeks ahead. We pray God’s grace would be abundant and sufficient. Prayer request from Scotta Couch:
Please be in prayer for Peggy Couch. For the past couple of weeks, her blood pressure has been spiking, sometimes multiple times a day. She went to the hospital today, as she was feeling dizzy and sick. They were able to stabilize it but unable to determine the cause. She is working with her doctor to try and find the right level of medicine to keep it in the normal range. She also fell last week and has a painful injury on her arm.
