I have a friend, Luke Vogler. He had surgery this week at Emory for a brain tumor. I am assuming that he is still at Emory at this time and will be recovering with close family here as he is not from this area. Preliminary results indicate a slow growing tumor; 80% was removed; biopsies to reveal more in coming days. He is married with two sons under 16 years of age. Too much is unknown at this time. Prayers please, humbled thanks.

JCBC member, Lindsey Altman requests prayer for her husband Earl. Earl has been at Emory Atlanta ICU since Wednesday due to a lot of blood clots in his lungs which seem to be a result of a large mass in his side near his adrenal gland. They will biopsy the mass but right now the number one concern is the blood clots. Please be in prayer for Earl, as doctors treat his clots and seek to know more about the mass. Lindsey and family are grateful to have the prayers of the church during this anxious time.
