God’s transforming love isn’t restricted by geography or culture. Neither is ours. Be a part of JCBC’s ongoing missions work – right next door and around the world.
Missions are a vital part of our church, as they extend the love and message of Christ beyond the church walls into the local community and the world. Through missions, JCBC actively demonstrates our faith by serving others, meeting physical and spiritual needs, and making disciples. This outward focus not only transforms lives but also strengthens our own spiritual growth and unity.

Here are a few of the ways we attempt to mobilize our love at JCBC in our community, regionally, and around the world.
Presidio Texas
Presidio is a town near the Texas- Mexico border that has been identified by the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship as one of the poorest regions in the country. JCBC helped pioneer a unique sports camp ministry in Presidio that takes place in January of each year. The next phase of our missional engagement in Presidio will be tutoring programs in the math and science fields.
Disaster Relief
JCBC is an active partner and participant with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship’s Disaster Response Ministries.
Africa Exchange facilitates the sharing of information, ideas and resources across cultures to promote mutuality in relationships, resilience in communities, and the sustainability of natural environments.
JCBC partners with Janée Angel, Cooperative Baptist Fellowship field personnel living and serving in Antwerp, Belgium, working particularly among the Arabic speaking community, which is ever growing in the midst of the world refugee crisis.
Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Global Missions
The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship is a Christian network of individuals and churches working together to spread the hope of Christ. Our diverse community includes partners all over the globe, and our fellowship supports a wide range of missions and ministries that give people meaningful opportunities to put their faith into action.
A ministry to strengthen and expand the church and sharing the love of Christ for Iran and beyond.
Techos Pa’ Mi Gente, Puerto Rico
JCBC partners with TECHOS ministries in Puerto Rico in providing roofs for those homes damaged in hurricanes.
Transforming the lives of over one million of the poorest people in the Dominican Republic through clean water distribution plants, business development, and access to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Bringing water to villages in Ethiopia.
